理念:以真誠(chéng)為先導(dǎo),以務(wù)實(shí)為基礎(chǔ),以創(chuàng)新為手段,以服務(wù)為保障。
Concept: guided by sincerity, based on pragmatism, with innovation as means and guaranteed by service.
真誠(chéng):先做人,后做事,要求公司全體員工真誠(chéng)地對(duì)待同事、客戶(hù),誠(chéng)實(shí)守信、以誠(chéng)相待。
Sincerity: to be a person first, then to do things, all employees of the company are required to treat colleagues and customers sincerely, be honest and trustworthy, and treat each other with sincerity.
務(wù)實(shí):要求全體員工踏踏實(shí)實(shí)、認(rèn)認(rèn)真真地做好自己的本職工作,工作中注重穩(wěn)健、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、實(shí)效、適用。
Pragmatic: all employees are required to be steadfast and conscientious in their own work, and pay attention to steadiness, preciseness, effectiveness and applicability.

服務(wù):建立以客戶(hù)為中心的服務(wù)理念,不斷提高企業(yè)對(duì)客戶(hù)、企業(yè)對(duì)社會(huì)、以及企業(yè)內(nèi)部的部門(mén)與部門(mén)、崗位與崗位之間的服務(wù)意識(shí)。
Service: establish a customer-centered service concept, and constantly improve the service awareness of the enterprise to customers, the enterprise to society, as well as departments and positions within the enterprise.
